Laura Kinney (X-23) is a female clone of wolverine. She was artificially inseminated into Dr. Sarah Kinney. She trained as an assassin her entire life by the new incrnation of the weapon x program. She eventually escaped from the weapon x program, but not before they forced her to kill her mother by tagging her with a trigger scent. After that X-23 wandered for a time, including a stint as a prostitute in NYC before finding her way to wolverine, who in turn took her to the X-men. Show less «
